Hello all sorry late on newsletter I have been sick alot lately so please bear with

me.. Latest news as some of you know we moved our server away from our old

home Friends_O_World has 2 servers its on now we are home to XXXXX server

4 chicken breast fillets

4 teaspoon oyster sauce

2 teaspoon soy sauce

2 teaspoons of cornflour1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/3 teaspoon sesame oil

3 tsp salt

3 tablespoons cooking oil

1 onion

25 small mushrooms cut chicken into

strips combine with the oyster suace soy sauce, cornflour, sugar and

sesame oil. mix well let stand for 20 min . Cut onion into small

wedges cut shallots into 2.5 cm . 1 tablespoon of the oil in add onion

cook until transparent. Add mushrooms and salt lengths Hetoss over

heat 1 at min remove from pan . Add remaining oil to pan when hot add

chicken cook over high heat.until golden brown stirring occasionally Stir

in mushroom mixture and shallots. thanks hon (Jenn^ ) :)

BRAIN TRANSPLANT

The Brain Little johnny walks up to his blonde sister and

says to tammy , You know tammy if i ever needed a

brain transplant I would use yours. Tammy replies oh why

is that Johnny.... Johnny says because its never been

The young couple met and joined each others souls to live thier lives creating a

family with kids work and a home for everyone .In the early years they were noted

as being the perfect family noted as being a loving husband and wife team and the ideal parents to their

children. As time passes the father buries himself in work and when he comes home from the daily

grind of supporting the family. He buries himself in the newspaper or computer or he falls asleep on

the couch. Hes a good man but dont spend the time with family like he used to. In time

he drifts apart from his family including his lovely wife even not spending time with the children

playing games or even the simple things in life. Eventually the family breaks apart where both

parents no longer live in same home. They still love one another but not same as

when they started life together...... Remember my friends life is never what we think take things

one day at a time and go with the flow with what your dealt with.
